Hot Yoga originated in Los Angeles in the 1970s, tracing its lineage back to Bishnu Ghosh, bringing the healing power of yoga to the West. The heat mimics the conditions of India, and as scientific evidence grows, the benefits are becoming ever clearer — reduced depression, improved cardiovascular fitness, and a profound sense of wellbeing.

Each 75-minute class follows the same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, developed as a form of preventative medicine. Every class is a full-body practice, delivering increased circulation to every tissue, joint, and organ.
