One-to-one or small group

A private class tailored entirely to you. Perfect for beginners, those with specific needs, or a small group wanting a dedicated session.

Limited Time

Spring Offer

If you have a 5 or 10 class package then you can bring a friend for free during April and May.

Before you arrive

What to bring

Everything you need to know to make the most of your class.

Yoga Mat

Bring your own mat, or ask about mat hire when you book.

Swimwear

For the studio: minimal, breathable clothing. For the pool: a swimming costume and sliders.

🛁

Towel(s)

A large towel for your mat, and a smaller one for your face. You will sweat!

Water

Bring a large bottle — at least 1 litre. Hydrate well in the hours before class too.

Arrive Early

Aim for 10–15 minutes before the start, especially for your first class.

🍽️

Eat Light

Avoid eating a heavy meal for 2–3 hours before class. Stay well hydrated.

Retreats & hire

Hire the whole space

A heated studio, an organic natural pool, a sheltered garden space, and a beautiful piece of Cumbrian land — all yours for a day or half-day. The perfect setting for a small group retreat.

Half day

4 hours

A focused half-day experience — yoga session in the heated studio, time in the organic pool, and use of our botanical garden space for refreshments and informal gathering.

Studio Hire & Private Classes

The studio, just for you

The studio is available to hire when not in scheduled use. Yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, workshop facilitators — if you need a beautiful, purpose-built heated space, get in touch.

Private one-to-one and small group classes with Fran can also be arranged, tailored entirely to your goals and experience level.
