Everything you need to know to make the most of your class.
Bring your own mat, or ask about mat hire when you book.
For the studio: minimal, breathable clothing. For the pool: a swimming costume and sliders.
A large towel for your mat, and a smaller one for your face. You will sweat!
Bring a large bottle — at least 1 litre. Hydrate well in the hours before class too.
Aim for 10–15 minutes before the start, especially for your first class.
Avoid eating a heavy meal for 2–3 hours before class. Stay well hydrated.
